Elisa M. Gomez is Founder of the Latino Leaders Alliance and a nationally recognized Hispanic leader, entrepreneur, and coalition builder. She previously served as National Chairwoman of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly (RNHA), as a Senior Advisor for Hispanic Outreach during President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, and on President Trump’s Latino and Women’s Advisory Boards. She is committed to strengthening Hispanic leadership and civic engagement across America.

Jaime Figueras serves on the Executive Board of the Latino Leaders Alliance and is a seasoned public affairs and political strategist with decades of experience in government relations, coalition building, and national campaigns. He has served in senior strategic roles supporting President Donald J. Trump’s presidential campaigns and advises organizations on Hispanic outreach, public policy, and grassroots engagement. Jaime is committed to strengthening conservative leadership and expanding Hispanic civic participation through strategic partnerships and community engagement.

Alicia Cantrell serves on the Executive Board of the Latino Leaders Alliance and is Executive Director of the Coalition Por/For Texas (CPFT), where she helped lead one of the most successful Hispanic outreach efforts in Texas history. A nationally recognized conservative leader, she serves in leadership roles with the NRA Women’s Leadership Forum, the Texas Federation of Republican Women, and numerous statewide organizations. Alicia is dedicated to advancing faith, family, freedom, and opportunity through coalition building, grassroots engagement, and Hispanic civic participation.

Matthew D. Gomez serves as Executive Board Member of the Latino Leaders Alliance and brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning energy infrastructure, business development, and public affairs. The Texas Chairman of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly (RNHA), he has served on multiple presidential advisory boards and has dedicated his career to building strategic partnerships, advancing Hispanic leadership, and strengthening conservative engagement through coalition building and civic participation.

Tony Renteria serves on the Executive Board of the Latino Leaders Alliance and is Founder and CEO of Latinos United for Conservative Action (LUCA). A respected conservative leader and grassroots strategist, he has dedicated his career to advancing Hispanic civic engagement, strengthening coalition partnerships, and promoting the values of faith, family, freedom, and opportunity. Through advocacy, public service, and community outreach, Tony works to empower Hispanic communities and expand conservative leadership across the nation.

Tommy Vallejos serves on the Executive Board of the Latino Leaders Alliance and is Executive Director and Co-Founder of Latinos for Tennessee. A Bronze Star recipient and retired U.S. Army veteran, Tommy has dedicated his career to public service, faith-based leadership, and conservative grassroots engagement. Through coalition building and community outreach, he works to strengthen Hispanic civic participation while advancing the principles of faith, family, freedom, and fiscal responsibility.
