The Latino Leaders Alliance identifies, develops, and connects the next generation of Hispanic leadership across business, government, and civic life.
Our Story
The Latino Leaders Alliance was founded by Elisa M. Gomez, a nationally recognized Hispanic leader, entrepreneur, and coalition builder who previously served as National Chairwoman of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly (RNHA), as a Senior Advisor for Hispanic Outreach during President Donald Trump's presidential campaign, and on President Trump's Latino and Women's Advisory Boards.
LLA was built on a simple premise: millions of Hispanic Americans and hundreds of organizations already share the same values — faith, family, freedom, and opportunity — but too often operate independently, limiting their collective influence. LLA exists to change that, serving as the national coordinating infrastructure that connects Hispanic leaders, organizations, and communities across business, government, faith, and civic life around shared priorities and coordinated action.
Today, LLA unites business organizations, faith communities, advocacy groups, entrepreneur networks, educational institutions, and state coalitions under one unapologetically conservative banner — connecting leaders, aligning priorities, and driving measurable impact in all fifty states.
