Faith & Family Initiative
Strong families have long served as the foundation of thriving communities, providing the support, values, and stability that help individuals succeed. Faith-based organizations, parents, mentors, and local community leaders play an essential role in strengthening neighborhoods, encouraging volunteerism, and fostering a culture of service and personal responsibility.
The Latino Leaders Alliance is committed to building partnerships with faith-based organizations, family advocacy groups, community leaders, and coalition partners who share a common vision of strengthening Hispanic families. Through collaboration, mentorship, civic engagement, and community service, LLA works to support initiatives that encourage healthy families, engaged parents, and resilient communities.
Why It Matters
Families remain one of the strongest predictors of positive outcomes for children and communities. Research consistently shows that children with actively engaged parents are more likely to perform well academically, graduate from high school, and participate in their communities. LLA’s Role
As a national coalition network, the Latino Leaders Alliance brings together faith leaders, nonprofit organizations, elected officials, community advocates, and civic organizations to strengthen partnerships that support Hispanic families.
